Folk Ballads and Stories by Tyler Miroe
I’m Tyler Miroe, a singer-songwriter inspired by classic storytellers like Gordon Lightfoot. I write folk-rock ballads that capture life’s quiet moments, love, loss, and the stories that linger in the heart. Music has been my passion since I was nine years old, when I first started performing in school.
Originally from New York, I’ve performed across Florida and New York State, as well as in Southern California, including Laguna Beach, Huntington Beach, and Newport Beach. I’m now returning to the Adirondacks near Lake George to be closer to home and the music community here. Over the years, I’ve shared my songs in coffeehouses, restaurants, private parties, festivals, and living rooms, connecting with audiences wherever I perform.
I play six- and twelve-string guitars, sometimes accompanied by subtle playback, to create rich, layered arrangements that support my lyrics and melodies. My performances aim to draw listeners into the stories I tell, creating a connection that feels personal and timeless.
I perform along the East Coast—from Florida up through New England, including Maine—and I’m always looking for new venues, festivals, and opportunities to share my music. Every song I write is an invitation to pause, reflect, and feel. If you’d like to book a performance or hear more, please reach out—I’d love to bring my folk ballads and stories to your stage.
I've performed in Florida, New York State, Southern California, and all along the East Coast up through New England.
"Tyler Miroe's ballads take you on a journey of love loss, nature, childhood dreams, runaway trains, the sea, along with his smooth flowing beautiful voice, into a world of true deep human emotion..." Terry Gordon: Steel's Tavern
